Senior Product Manager – Payments

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the payments portfolio for a fast‑growing fintech partner in the United Arab Emirates. You will own the end‑to‑end merchant and shopper experience across onboarding, checkout, refunds, disputes, payouts and reporting, driving reliability and trust at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Define product direction and execute on a defined segment of the payments portfolio.
• Improve onboarding, checkout, refunds, disputes, payouts, reporting and overall reliability.
• Reduce failure rates, friction and support volume while boosting product ratings and merchant trust.
• Set success metrics, make trade‑offs explicit and prioritize initiatives using data, merchant feedback and support signals.
• Collaborate with priority payments partners to enhance integrations, manage dependencies and resolve issues.
• Communicate progress, risks and decisions clearly to distributed stakeholders.
• Write briefs, PRDs and prototypes; review flows and designs in tools such as Figma.

Required profile

• 7+ years of product management experience, including senior individual‑contributor roles.
• 4+ years in payments or fintech, preferably on large‑scale or global launches.
• Strong product judgment and ability to decide with incomplete information.
• Experience managing high‑trust, reliability‑critical systems.
• Excellent analytical skills with hands‑on experience in metrics, dashboards and instrumentation.
• Clear written and verbal communication in distributed or asynchronous environments.
