Senior Product Manager – Search, Discovery & Personalization

About the role

Amazon Now is building quick‑commerce experiences for the MENAT region. As a Senior Product Manager you will own the end‑to‑end product vision and roadmap for search, discovery and personalization, driving AI‑powered features that improve customer experience and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for search relevance, ranking, search CS and discovery.
• Track CX and business metrics, identify gaps, diagnose root causes and deliver rapid improvements.
• Make UX decisions independently, shaping visual and interaction designs without waiting for a designer.
• Leverage AI to accelerate feature launches, enhance decision quality and build AI‑driven capabilities.
• Design, launch and analyse experiments using Amazon’s experimentation framework.
• Write clear PRFAQs, product requirements and business cases to align engineering, science and business stakeholders.
• Benchmark regional and global quick‑commerce players to identify capability gaps and raise the bar.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in e‑commerce or quick‑commerce.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to prioritize, communicate clearly and influence cross‑functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience thriving in fast‑paced, high‑tech environments and delivering complex projects with minimal guidance.
