Senior Product Owner (Arabic Speakers)

About the role

Emaratech is seeking a Senior Product Owner fluent in Arabic and English to lead the definition and delivery of digital products for government and enterprise clients. The role bridges business objectives, stakeholder expectations, and technical execution, ensuring that product road‑maps align with the strategic goals of smart government, payments, cybersecurity, real‑estate and logistics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define, maintain and prioritize product road‑maps in line with business and stakeholder goals.
• Collaborate with service‑operations teams to address support needs and resolve product issues.
• Manage multiple products or projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities.
• Work closely with government clients and internal stakeholders to guide product delivery and decision‑making.
• Drive product execution within Agile delivery environments, ensuring timely releases.

Required profile

• Managerial‑level product ownership or product management experience.
• Proven experience working in Agile product delivery environments.
• Previous work experience in the UAE.
• Experience managing several products or projects at the same time.
• Background in e‑government services and working with government clients.
• Business‑fluent Arabic and English.
