Senior Product Owner & Implementation Director – Enterprise Limit Management

About the role

The Senior Product Owner and Implementation Director will lead the end‑to‑end design, build and enterprise rollout of the Bank’s in‑house Enterprise Limit Management System (ELMS). This 1–2 year contract role combines deep product ownership with senior transformation and program delivery responsibilities across business, risk, operations and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision, architecture, roadmap and delivery strategy for ELMS, covering limits, exposure aggregation, collateral linkage and regulatory compliance.
• Provide program‑level delivery leadership, maintaining the master plan, budget, governance and cross‑border execution.
• Drive integration with loan origination, core banking, trade finance, treasury and collateral management systems, ensuring scalable, secure and auditable architecture.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships and vendor delivery, overseeing quality, timelines and value realization.
• Define testing strategies, oversee UAT and ensure post‑go‑live stability and compliance with change, release and security processes.

Required profile

• 20+ years of experience in banking product management, credit systems or large‑scale banking technology delivery.
• Proven experience designing or transforming enterprise limit management systems in GCC or global banking environments.
• Strong knowledge of UAE/GCC banking regulations, corporate and institutional credit practices.
• Hands‑on experience with corporate lending, trade finance, project finance, structured finance and collateralized lending.
