Senior Program Manager – Continuous Improvement (ACES)

About the role

Amazon is seeking a Senior Program Manager for its ACES (Amazon Customer Excellence Systems) team within the MEATR operations in Dubai. The role focuses on driving cost optimization, productivity and safety across Amazon Rush last‑mile delivery stations.

Key responsibilities

• Own the SPD/SPR/utilization improvement roadmap and lead cost‑per‑unit reduction programs.
• Drive routing efficiency initiatives and manage labor plan assumptions and demand‑shaping programs.
• Conduct data‑driven analysis for pilot and expansion evaluation, influencing cross‑functional stakeholders such as DEX, Finance, Tech and Ops.
• Build scalable mechanisms including weekly business reviews, dashboards and collaborate with finance business partners on planning cycles.
• Write detailed narratives and 6‑page documents to communicate program outcomes to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or MBA preferred).
• Experience using data and metrics to drive operational improvements.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional projects and communicate with senior leaders.
