Senior Program Manager – Global Selling (MENA Region)

About the role

Amazon's Middle East & North Africa (MENA) Seller Services is seeking a highly motivated Senior Program Manager to lead the Global Selling initiative for one of its MENA marketplaces. You will drive the growth of international sellers, enhance selection, pricing and customer experience, and influence product roadmaps across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the scaling of Global Selling partners in a designated MENA marketplace.
• Analyze performance drivers, identify blockers and opportunities, and launch programs to improve metrics.
• Collaborate with Marketplace Category Heads, Seller Services, Customer Service, Technology and Product teams to deliver cross‑functional projects.
• Coordinate with Global Selling teams worldwide (China, USA, Europe, India) to recruit tens of thousands of new selling partners annually.
• Own regular and ad‑hoc reporting on global performance, align stakeholders on priorities and goals.
• Influence without authority across Amazon locales, building strong relationships with remote teams.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in business strategy or non‑technical program management.
• Proven ability to use data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Strong business acumen with executive presence and influence across large organizations.
• Experience coordinating multi‑regional initiatives and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of working up and down the organization.
