Senior Program Manager – Maneuver Dominance (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

Anduril Industries is looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead the Omen autonomous air vehicle program for its new Maneuver Dominance team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. You will bridge innovative technology with practical execution, coordinating with global teams and local partners to deliver hardware and software to operational use.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external clients, and industry partners, acting as the local liaison for UAE suppliers, test organizations, and customer engagements.
• Manage cross‑team projects, unblock obstacles, and accelerate delivery from development through production, including test operations.
• Drive technical outcomes by understanding system performance, managing risks, and communicating status to customers.
• Translate strategic business goals into actionable project plans, allocating personnel, budget, and resources for successful execution.

Required profile

• 8+ years of customer‑facing program management or systems engineering experience, preferably in defense, national security, or aerospace.
• Proven track record leading technical teams to field hardware or software products and overseeing low‑rate production.
• Ability to work with international suppliers and customers, travel up to 50% of the time, and obtain a Secret Clearance.
