Senior Project Controls Analyst – Digital Reporting & Analytics

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Controls Analyst to lead digital reporting and analytics across our project portfolio. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will work from the office and travel to project sites as needed, integrating Primavera P6 EPPM data with the Microsoft Power Platform to enable automated, real‑time insights.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate Primavera P6 EPPM data with Power BI to deliver automated dashboards and key performance indicators.
• Develop and maintain ETL pipelines, data models, and connections across P6, Power Apps, Dataverse, and Azure Data Factory.
• Administer Power BI workspaces, datasets, permissions, and user access while ensuring data accuracy and performance.
• Design advanced visualisations, including shape maps and TopoJSON, and implement row‑level security (RLS) and governance standards.
• Support the broader Power Platform ecosystem (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint) and coordinate with IT and project teams for seamless data synchronization.
• Identify manual reporting pain points and automate them using Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Provide training, documentation, and stakeholder support to senior management and project controls teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in project controls, data analytics, or business systems analysis.
• Relevant certifications in data analytics or project systems are an advantage.
