Senior Project Controls Manager - Offshore Subsea Project

About the role

Lead and oversee all Project Controls functions for ADNOC offshore subsea projects, ensuring cost, schedule and performance are managed in line with ADNOC standards. The role is based in Abu Dhabi and reports to senior project leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary Project Controls team covering planning, cost, risk, progress and reporting.
• Develop and maintain integrated schedules using Primavera P6 for engineering, procurement, fabrication and offshore construction phases.
• Establish cost baselines, monitor expenditures, conduct monthly cost reviews and drive corrective actions.
• Implement risk management processes, including quantitative risk analysis and Monte‑Carlo simulations, and maintain risk registers.
• Produce weekly, monthly and executive level performance reports and dashboards for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of Project Controls experience, including 10+ years in oil & gas offshore EPC projects.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior Project Controls leadership role.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI‑SP, AACE CCP/PSP are desirable.
