Senior Project Delivery Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Delivery Manager will lead the full execution of a luxury residential development in Abu Dhabi, overseeing all phases from pre‑construction to handover. Acting as the primary link between the site, consultants, contractors and stakeholders, the role ensures delivery aligns with Meredo’s ultra‑luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the project across its entire lifecycle, ensuring delivery within budget, schedule, safety and quality standards.
• Drive awareness and implementation of traditional and innovative design and construction techniques, including industrial manufacturing.
• Provide leadership in safety and quality management, ensuring compliance with best practices.
• Oversee procurement and contract management from market engagement through to final account closure.
• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap aligned with Meredo’s vision, building high‑performance integrated teams.
• Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships, balancing expectations and influencing decision‑making.
• Apply risk‑management and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Foster a culture of excellence, resilience and collaboration within a multicultural workforce.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years (180 months) of experience in construction management and project delivery.
• Proven leadership in safety, quality and risk management on large‑scale luxury residential projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Excellent ethical standards and professionalism, with experience leading multicultural teams.
