Senior Project Manager – Buildings

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager – Buildings with at least 15 years of experience in real‑estate and cost management. As the construction phase lead you will manage pre‑contract tender close‑out, award and all post‑contract delivery of work packages.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inputs of all project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Lead building services design and execution across engineering, architectural and civil/structural disciplines.
• Manage tender assessment, negotiation and award of contracts in partnership with the Project Director.
• Provide strategic planning for phasing, sequencing and authority approvals of infrastructure works.
• Oversee site planning, coordination issues and technical meetings with subcontractors.
• Ensure site works follow the approved baseline programme and quality standards.
• Apply quality management and risk assessment principles throughout the project.
• Support and lead the project team, fostering a commercial mindset.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years post‑qualification experience, including at least 5 years as a Senior Project Manager on high‑end real‑estate projects.
• Proven experience in contract administration and computer‑based project management tools.
• Middle‑East experience, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
