Senior Project Manager / CX Programme Manager (GCC)

About the role

hmmh Middle East, an SAP Customer Experience partner with over 25 years of digital transformation experience across EMEA, is hiring an experienced, Arabic-speaking Senior Project Manager / CX Programme Manager. The role leads customer experience and digital transformation projects across the GCC, with a particular focus on the UAE and Saudi Arabia. It is remote, with working hours aligned to GCC clients, and regular travel and onsite availability in the UAE and KSA are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex CX programmes from discovery and planning through implementation and go-live.
• Own the project scope, budgets, resourcing and dependencies across multiple work streams.
• Act as the main delivery contact for clients, building trusted relationships with business and IT.
• Coordinate consultants, developers and integration teams across onsite and remote teams.
• Maintain governance, reporting and escalation processes, resolve issues and drive decisions.
• Manage change requests and third-party dependencies to protect quality and project profitability.
• Oversee testing, business readiness, cutover and hypercare to support adoption.
• Support proposals, delivery estimates and project mobilisation where required.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic and English, with strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• At least 8 years of project delivery experience, including leadership of complex implementations.
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise technology projects involving multiple teams.
• Strong understanding of CX journeys and the link between business and technology.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders, negotiating and controlling changes.
• Willingness to travel across the GCC and work onsite in the UAE and KSA when required.

Required skills

• Experience with distributed delivery teams and Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies.
• PMP, PRINCE2, MSP or relevant Agile certification particularly valuable.
• Automotive CX experience, previous SAP CX implementation experience and coordination of integrations with SAP S/4HANA, ERP and other platforms are particularly valuable.
