Senior Project Manager – Digital Transformation (AI, Cloud & Smart City)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high‑impact digital transformation programmes across the UAE. The role focuses on AI, cloud, data, analytics and smart‑city initiatives within government and large‑enterprise environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex digital transformation programmes from strategy to implementation.
• Develop and manage roadmaps, operating models, governance structures and delivery frameworks.
• Drive initiatives involving AI, cloud services, data platforms, analytics, automation and smart‑city technologies.
• Establish project governance, reporting, risk management and escalation processes.
• Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, government authorities, vendors and external partners.
• Manage third‑party vendors and strategic partners, overseeing contracts, SLAs, KPIs and delivery assurance.
• Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering, prioritisation sessions and executive steering committee reviews.

Required profile

• 8+ years of project or programme management experience delivering technology and business transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience in government, public sector, smart‑city, transportation, financial services or large‑enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple external vendors, system integrators and service providers.
• Strong stakeholder management with executive and C‑suite leaders.
