Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of a flagship construction project in the UAE, from mobilisation through to final handover. You will ensure the project meets contractual, quality, HSE and commercial targets while adhering to fast‑track schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and control the project from mobilisation to handover.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams covering civil, structural, utilities, MEP, QA/QC and HSE.
• Coordinate with client, consultant, authorities, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Conduct weekly and monthly progress meetings and produce executive reports.
• Monitor budgets, procurement strategy, long‑lead items and resource allocation.
• Develop and implement recovery plans to protect milestones.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, contract terms, company policies, HSE and quality standards.
• Identify risks and apply mitigation measures.
• Review variations, claims and cost‑control actions to protect commercial interests.
• Mentor project managers and site engineers to improve performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of construction experience, with at least 3 years in the UAE.
• Proven delivery of large‑scale industrial, logistics, warehouse, structural steel, infrastructure or commercial projects.
• PMP certification preferred.
• UAE driving licence preferred.
