Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end project management across Facility Management, Design Management and Construction Management for large‑scale real estate developments in the UAE and KSA. The role requires strategic planning, strong technical expertise and the ability to deliver complex projects on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute project strategies, set KPIs and monitor portfolio performance to ensure at least 90% of projects are delivered on schedule and budget.
• Establish governance frameworks, ensure regulatory compliance and manage risk throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee financial management, cost control, budgeting and cash‑flow forecasting for multiple projects.
• Lead design, construction and facility management activities, coordinating architects, engineers, contractors and consultants.
• Manage procurement, tendering, contract negotiations and administration in line with FIDIC principles.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, Construction Management or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate development, construction and project management, with proven delivery of large‑scale mixed‑use projects.
• Professional proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are advantageous.
