Senior Project Manager Master Planning And Infrastructure

About the role

WSP in the Middle East is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the planning and design of complex land development projects across the UAE. The role combines strategic project leadership with deep technical expertise in master planning, infrastructure and transport design.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage multidisciplinary land development projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, regulatory requirements and project budgets.
• Build and mentor cross‑functional teams, providing guidance and motivation to achieve project goals.
• Develop and control project budgets, monitor expenditures and allocate resources efficiently.
• Identify risks, create mitigation strategies and manage change to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
• Implement WSP quality processes, oversee procurement activities and manage stakeholder communications.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in planning and design of large, complex land development projects in the UAE.
• Proven project management experience in civil engineering, utilities, roads, transport planning or master planning.
• Degree in a relevant land development discipline (e.g., Civil Engineering, Transport Planning).
