Senior Project Manager – Master Planning & Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for a senior project manager to lead and oversee the design of complex land development projects in the UAE. The role involves steering master‑planning, infrastructure and transport planning initiatives from inception through to delivery, ensuring they meet client objectives and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage multidisciplinary land development projects, including master planning, transport planning, roads, utilities and landscaping.
• Build and mentor cross‑functional teams, providing guidance to achieve project goals.
• Develop and control project budgets, monitor expenditures and allocate resources efficiently.
• Identify risks, devise mitigation strategies and ensure project success.
• Create work breakdown structures, schedules and manage scope, schedule and change control.
• Implement quality management processes and maintain a quality culture across the project.
• Manage procurement activities, including main agreement execution and supplier appointments.
• Establish stakeholder communication plans and ensure effective information flow.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in land development disciplines such as civil engineering, utilities, roads, transport planning or master planning.
• Proven project management experience on large, complex land development projects in the UAE.
• Degree in a related discipline (e.g., civil engineering, transport planning, master planning) preferred.
• Strong technical understanding of land development, infrastructure and sustainability concepts.
