Senior Project Manager Middle East and Pakistan

About the role

Hilton is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead hotel development projects across the Middle East, with a primary focus on Pakistan. Based in Dubai, you will work closely with owners, developers, consultants and internal Hilton stakeholders to ensure each project meets brand standards and operational requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of hotel development projects, from concept through handover.
• Coordinate with owners, developers, architects, engineers and consultants to align project scope, schedule and budget.
• Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards, local regulations and quality expectations.
• Manage project risks, issues and change orders, providing timely mitigation strategies.
• Report progress, financial performance and key milestones to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale hotel or real‑estate development projects in the Middle East or South Asia.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
