Senior Project Manager – Oil & Gas

About the role

Worley is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of large‑scale oil and gas projects across the GCC region. The role ensures safe, sustainable, on‑time and on‑budget handover of projects while maintaining best‑value outcomes for owners and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Champion project safety culture and ensure zero accidents and full environmental compliance.
• Coordinate with EPC/FEED contractors, owners and third parties to manage scope, cost, schedule and quality.
• Lead contract administration, change control, risk assessment and mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide independent project management consultancy, technical opinions and recovery plans.
• Oversee PMC services, auditing activities and interface management to achieve technically sound, constructible designs.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 + years of oil & gas experience, including 5 + years in the GCC.
• At least 5 + years in a senior project management role on mega oil & gas projects.
• Experience with FEED, EPC and PMC functions, preferably offshore projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mandatory).
• ADNOC experience is preferred.
