Senior Project Manager – Process Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to act as a Process Consultant, driving the planning, execution and delivery of multiple projects across our Dubai office. The role demands a strong grasp of project management methodologies and the ability to lead cross‑functional teams toward on‑time, on‑budget results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the definition of project scope, objectives and deliverables in partnership with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and manage budgets.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders and senior management.
• Prepare and present regular status reports to leadership.
• Conduct post‑project evaluations to capture lessons learned.
• Mentor junior project managers and support team development.

Required profile

• 10‑13 years of proven project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and interpersonal skills.
