Senior Project Manager – Projects Delivery

About the role

We are seeking a senior project delivery professional to lead the execution of large‑scale, high‑value real estate developments in Abu Dhabi. The role will oversee projects from concept and design through construction, handover and close‑out, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, cost and schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders to achieve demanding delivery objectives.
• Manage the full project lifecycle for luxury villa communities, high‑rise residential towers and mixed‑use developments.
• Ensure compliance with local authorities, regulations, approvals and permitting processes.
• Control project budgets, schedules and quality standards for programmes exceeding AED 500 million.
• Drive project teams, consultancy firms and contractors to meet performance targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 16 years of project delivery experience in the UAE, preferably Abu Dhabi.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven track record delivering luxury and ultra‑luxury villa communities, high‑rise residential towers and large mixed‑use projects.
• Balanced experience across contracting, consultancy, PMC and client‑side development organisations.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
