Senior Project Manager – Real Estate & Hotel Projects

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead the delivery of hospitality, commercial and residential development projects for Al-Futtaim, ensuring they are completed on time, to quality standards and within budget. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, external consultants, contractors and various business units from design inception through construction and handover.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team of consultants, contractors and commercial staff, delegating tasks according to strengths.
• Monitor project progress, enforce programme targets and keep all stakeholders informed.
• Maintain project costs within approved limits and produce timely cost reports.
• Ensure projects meet defined quality standards and obtain completion certificates.
• Integrate Al-Futtaim brand products where applicable and apply value‑engineering principles.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in managing real‑estate, hotel or commercial construction projects.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to apply systematic quality assurance, progress monitoring and cost‑control methods.
