Senior Project Manager – Remote Software Delivery

About the role

This fully remote senior project manager role is based in the United Arab Emirates and focuses on end‑to‑end software project delivery. You will own projects from planning through release, coordinating developers, QA teams and business stakeholders to ensure timely and reliable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own software projects end‑to‑end, from planning and execution through release and delivery.
• Build and maintain detailed delivery plans with tasks, owners, milestones and deadlines.
• Track progress, identify risks early and drive recovery actions.
• Work directly with developers and QA to resolve blockers and keep momentum.
• Clarify requirements with business stakeholders and translate them into actionable tasks.
• Manage scope changes, assess impact and communicate adjustments.
• Plan and coordinate software releases, including readiness checks.
• Provide clear status updates, risk reports and dependency tracking to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional project management experience, preferably in software development.
• Proven ability to manage projects from planning through release with strong organization and communication skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently, identify delivery risks and drive projects forward.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience using Jira or Azure DevOps for project tracking.
