Senior Project Manager – Utilities

About the role

KEO International Consultants is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead utility‑focused infrastructure projects from its Abu Dhabi office. You will be accountable for delivering high‑quality projects on schedule and within budget while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multi‑disciplinary infrastructure design projects for utilities.
• Own time, cost and quality performance for each assignment.
• Apply KEO’s Quality Management System (BMS) across all project phases.
• Coordinate client interactions, internal resources, design and approval activities.
• Ensure compliance with local and international design standards.
• Engage with government authorities, utility providers and other stakeholders.
• Support business development by identifying opportunities and assisting with tender proposals and variation orders.
• Prepare presentations and meetings for current and prospective clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience managing infrastructure projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage large, multidisciplinary teams and sub‑consultants.
• Strong understanding of utility‑sector regulations and approval processes.
