Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture long‑term client relationships.
• Conduct property presentations and professional viewings.
• Lead negotiations and oversee precise contract execution.
• Analyze market trends and produce reports to guide client decisions.
• Mentor junior consultants and support team growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven performance in Dubai real‑estate.
• Ambition to assume greater responsibility and eventually lead a team.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Demonstrated success in closing deals and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented mindset.
