Senior Property Consultant

About the role

The Senior Property Consultant will manage end‑to‑end real estate transactions for residential and commercial properties in Dubai. This full‑time, on‑site position involves prospecting new clients, conducting viewings and guiding clients through proposals, negotiations and closing.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new client leads for residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings and present tailored proposals to clients.
• Negotiate terms, prepare documentation and support clients through the closing process.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Dubai’s property market and monitor listings.
• Coordinate with developers, landlords and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
• Provide consistent follow‑up, relationship management and achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong consulting and advisory skills with the ability to understand client needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, confident presentation abilities.
• Proven customer‑service experience focused on building trust and managing expectations.
• Demonstrated sales expertise including lead generation, negotiation and closing deals.
• Relevant real‑estate knowledge of Dubai’s market, regulations, communities and developers.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
