About the role

As a Senior Property Consultant, you will leverage your industry expertise and established network to drive business growth, manage high‑value client relationships, and deliver exceptional results across Dubai's dynamic real estate market. You will represent the Driven brand, mentor junior consultants and contribute to the continued success of your team.

Key responsibilities

• Drive business growth by leveraging industry expertise and network.
• Manage high‑value client relationships and deliver exceptional results in Dubai's real estate market.
• Represent the Driven brand and mentor less experienced consultants.

Required profile

• Proven track record in real estate sales with at least 2 years of experience in the UAE market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a client‑focused approach.
• In‑depth knowledge of Dubai’s secondary real estate market.
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic are a plus.
• Valid UAE driver’s license and access to a vehicle are preferred.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and capable of generating business independently.
