Senior Property Consultant - Off Plan

About the role

Unique Properties, a leading Dubai brokerage, is expanding its Off‑Plan & Investment Division and seeks a Senior Property Consultant to drive high‑value transactions. You will work directly with premium projects, major developers and a steady flow of qualified local and international leads.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and convert qualified property leads into successful sales.
• Advise local and international clients on Dubai’s off‑plan, investment and secondary‑market opportunities.
• Conduct property presentations, viewings and developer meetings, and negotiate terms.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects and transactions while meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years proven real‑estate experience in Dubai with a track record of closed transactions.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation and closing abilities, especially in off‑plan and investment sales.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with HNWIs, investors and end users.
• Professional fluency in English; additional languages and RERA certification are a plus.
