Senior Property Leasing Agent

About the role

JET HORIZON PROPERTIES LLC is expanding its real estate team in Dubai and seeks a results‑driven Senior Property Leasing Agent. The role focuses on acquiring and managing residential and commercial listings, generating new business, and delivering high‑quality leasing services.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new leasing opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals and business development activities.
• Make daily outbound calls to property owners, landlords and prospective clients to acquire new listings.
• Source, secure and maintain exclusive residential and commercial property listings.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional consultation to prospective tenants.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, investors and tenants.
• Negotiate lease terms and close leasing transactions.
• List and market properties on Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle and other approved platforms.
• Ensure listings are accurate, attractive, complete and regularly updated.
• Follow up on inquiries promptly and convert leads into successful deals.
• Maintain accurate client, property and transaction records in the company’s CRM system.
• Coordinate with landlords and tenants throughout the leasing process until handover.
• Stay updated on Dubai rental market trends, pricing and RERA regulations.
• Achieve monthly leasing, listing acquisition and business development targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of UAE real‑estate leasing experience with a proven track record.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring new listings through prospecting and cold calling.
• Strong negotiation, communication and sales abilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of Dubai leasing procedures and RERA regulations.
• Existing network of landlords and property owners is highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a target‑driven environment.
• Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle are preferred.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
