Senior QA Engineer – Risk Management & Automation Testing

About the role

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to lead risk‑based testing and automation initiatives for our fintech platform. You will work on both backend microservices and frontend applications, ensuring critical business flows such as payments and lending are robust and compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and execute comprehensive test strategies with a focus on risk‑based testing and automation.
• Identify, assess and prioritize quality risks in complex fintech systems.
• Develop and maintain scalable, reusable automation frameworks for CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform performance, load and stress testing to detect bottlenecks and scalability risks.
• Debug and trace long call chains across distributed microservices, using logs, metrics and tracing tools.
• Collaborate with engineering, product and risk teams to align quality standards with business and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of QA experience on large‑scale backend systems with distributed architectures.
• Proven experience in automation testing, API automation, data validation and integration testing.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills for identifying system risks and performance bottlenecks.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
