Senior QA/QC Engineer – Real Estate & Construction

About the role

We are looking for a Senior QA/QC Engineer to join our Real Estate and Construction division. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will help secure project quality objectives by establishing and monitoring the Integrated Management System (IMS) across construction sites.

Key responsibilities

• Familiarise with and enforce all project quality assurance requirements.
• Assist the Project Manager/Director in implementing the Project Management Plan.
• Develop and implement inspection and test plans, check sheets and method statements.
• Verify and maintain material test data and schedule inspections.
• Train project staff on the IMS, inspection procedures and method statements.
• Support internal and client audits and prepare project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental procedures.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities.
• Perform any other reasonable tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Membership in a professional engineering body at an intermediate level or higher.
• Minimum five years of experience in a QA/QC function within construction or real‑estate projects.
• Proven track record supporting major contracts and delivering quality outcomes.
