Senior Recruiter – Retail (GCC)

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Senior Recruiter with proven experience in the retail sector to lead full‑cycle recruitment across the GCC. The role will build a strong talent pipeline, support workforce planning and ensure the organization attracts high‑calibre professionals aligned with our culture and growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for all GCC markets, including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and Bahrain.
• Forecast hiring needs and support workforce planning by department and country.
• Develop and update job descriptions and candidate evaluation questionnaires.
• Design and implement recruitment strategies to meet hiring targets.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media and professional networks.
• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates and coordinate in‑person, virtual and telephone interviews.

Required profile

• 5–6 years of recruitment experience, either in‑house or agency, with a mandatory background in retail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong understanding of recruitment trends and talent pools within the GCC region.
• Willingness to travel across GCC countries as required.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently.
