Senior Recruiter – Retail

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Senior Recruiter with proven experience in the retail sector to lead full‑cycle recruitment across the GCC. The role will build a strong talent pipeline, support workforce planning and ensure the company attracts high‑calibre professionals aligned with its culture and growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for all GCC markets, including forecasting hiring needs and supporting workforce planning by department and country.
• Develop and update job descriptions and candidate evaluation questionnaires, and design recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media and professional networks; screen resumes, shortlist candidates and coordinate in‑person, virtual and telephone interviews.
• Evaluate applicants’ qualifications, experience and cultural fit, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific requirements and refine selection criteria.

Required profile

• Minimum 5–6 years of proven recruitment experience, either in‑house or agency, with mandatory experience in the retail industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong understanding of recruitment trends and talent pools within the GCC region.
• Willingness to travel across GCC countries as required.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills; self‑driven and able to work independently.
