About the role
We are expanding our permanent recruitment team at Edari in Dubai, focusing on mid to senior‑level permanent appointments. You will partner with established clients and senior stakeholders across various sectors, delivering a high‑quality recruitment process.
Key responsibilities
- Understand client briefs, identify and engage strong talent, and manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Required profile
- Minimum 7 years of recruitment experience, with strong permanent placement background at mid to senior levels.
- Currently based in the UAE with on‑the‑ground recruitment experience.
- Agency recruitment experience, either current or previous.
- Proven ability in candidate sourcing, assessment and delivery.
- Excellent communication skills to engage senior candidates and client stakeholders.
- Relationship‑led approach and focus on candidate experience.
- Self‑motivated, able to work autonomously while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
