About the role

Are you a resilient, driven recruitment consultant who thrives on owning client relationships end‑to‑end and closing deals, not just filling desks? KinFitz & Co. is a boutique recruitment firm operating across the UAE and the wider GCC, partnering with a growing base of repeat clients. We are a small, fast‑moving team looking for an experienced consultant to take real ownership of client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from client brief through to candidate placement.
• Own direct client relationships and interact with hiring managers professionally and consistently.
• Source, screen, and present shortlists of genuinely suitable candidates.
• Maintain your own pipeline against a clear run rate, recognising when you need support.
• Adapt your approach to proactive and reactive market conditions in the ever‑changing UAE market.
• Stay consistent through the ups and downs of recruitment, maintaining an even keel.

Required profile

• 2–3 years minimum recruitment experience in the UAE/GCC market.
• Proven direct client contact, dealing with hiring managers independently.
• Comfortable working permanent recruitment.
• Resilient, structured and self‑disciplined; a background in sport or fitness is a bonus.
• Experience in sales or GTM recruitment is a nice‑to‑have.
• Based in the UAE and fluent in English.
