Senior Regulatory Associate

About the role

Are you ready to tackle the complexities of global regulatory compliance and drive innovation in e‑invoicing and tax technology? As a Senior Regulatory Associate you will join Thomson Reuters’ ONESOURCE Regulatory Affairs team, supporting the company’s global expansion and leadership in compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively discover, monitor and interpret regulatory frameworks worldwide, including digital controls, data privacy and indirect tax.
• Identify and engage external subject‑matter experts to ensure accurate interpretation of regulatory and technical requirements.
• Own or support the acquisition and maintenance of accreditations required to offer services in specific jurisdictions.
• Support product teams with strategy, design, business requirements and trade‑off decisions.
• Provide cross‑functional education on regulatory developments and partner with marketing on thought‑leadership.
• Represent the company in trade associations, governmental agencies and public speaking events.
• Assist sales and professional services in customer engagement and drive ancillary revenue through compliance products.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in e‑invoicing/CTC, tax technology or indirect tax.
• Relevant academic degree such as Business, Law or Economics.
• Fluent in spoken and written English with excellent communication skills.
• Strong collaboration abilities and clear documentation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and comfort using AI‑based planning and visualization tools.
