Senior Regulatory Compliance Manager – Talent

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Senior Regulatory Compliance Manager to lead its talent‑related compliance framework. In this senior, high‑visibility position you will shape the policies and governance that support the company’s rapid global expansion while safeguarding organisational integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain executive governance frameworks, including senior accountability regimes, global Statements of Responsibilities and complex remuneration policies such as malus and claw‑back.
• Provide independent, second‑line challenge to the global Talent leadership team, reviewing first‑line initiatives and balancing regulatory requirements with commercial goals.
• Lead incident review and remediation, conducting root‑cause investigations and ensuring legally sound outcomes.
• Create and implement global corporate policy ecosystems from the ground up, establishing standards for internal operations.
• Monitor and map jurisdictional regulatory standards to ensure ongoing compliance across all talent‑related activities.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in regulatory compliance, preferably within the financial services or fintech sector.
• Proven track record of developing and overseeing executive governance and remuneration policies.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on risk mitigation.
• Excellent communication skills to advise senior leadership and influence cross‑functional teams.
