Senior Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking

About the role

Join ADCB’s Corporate Banking team as a Senior Relationship Manager, leading a portfolio of corporate clients while driving new client acquisition and profitable growth. You will deliver best‑in‑class banking experiences and mentor junior relationship managers.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new corporate banking clients and achieve portfolio growth targets.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis and prepare high‑quality credit proposals.
• Manage and expand an existing client portfolio, identifying cross‑selling opportunities.
• Build long‑term relationships through regular engagement and effective issue resolution.
• Assess creditworthiness, coordinate approved credit facilities, and support efficient credit utilisation.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to meet business objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of corporate banking relationship management experience.
• Proven track record in client acquisition, credit analysis, and portfolio growth.
• Experience leading or mentoring team members is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
