Senior Relationship Manager – HNWI Wealth Management

About the role

Freedom Broker Global Markets, a subsidiary of Freedom Holding Corp. (FRHC) licensed by the FSRA of Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), is building an elite Wealth Management team focused on serving ultra-high-net-worth clients. The Senior Relationship Manager will act as the primary advisor for a high-net-worth client portfolio, helping to grow assets under management.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and acquire Qualified Investor Clients (per ADGM FSRA rules), targeting HNWIs through a structured business development plan, professional networks and referrals.
• Act as the main relationship manager for an HNWI portfolio: understand their financial goals, give tailored guidance, work with internal teams on market insights and expand assets under management.
• Cross-sell the firm's full brokerage product suite and hit targets for new accounts, client AUM and trading volume.
• Track the sales pipeline, client activity and KPIs in the CRM and report precisely and on time, sharing market insights with senior leadership.

Required profile

• 8+ years of sales experience in a regulated brokerage, private bank or wealth management firm across international capital markets.
• Proven track record of acquiring and managing HNWI clients.
• In-depth knowledge of the ADGM framework or an equivalent regulator (DFSA, FCA, SEC); prior experience with an ADGM 3A licensee is a significant advantage.
• Strong understanding of global financial markets and investment products.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Relevant financial qualifications (e.g. CFA, CISI) preferred; existing HNWI contacts in the GCC are highly desirable.
