About the role

The Senior Relationship Manager will serve high‑net‑worth (HNW) clients within Mashreq's Gold segment, delivering personalized banking solutions and fostering long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored service to a portfolio of HNW clients, ensuring loyalty and profitability.
• Drive Mashreq Gold balance‑sheet sales, cross‑sell bank products and achieve revenue targets.
• Source new business through referrals, marketing activities and personal networks.
• Educate clients on the full range of financial services offered by the bank.
• Meet monthly and annual financial goals, including upselling and cross‑selling.
• Optimize client value by delivering MG products and services.
• Identify client financial needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Acquire new HNW clients and maintain a superior customer service experience.

Required profile

• University graduate.
• Minimum 5–6 years of relationship‑management experience in banking or financial services in the UAE.
• Strong selling and financial‑markets knowledge.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• CISI certification.
