Senior Relationship Manager – Wealth Coverage – UAE & International

About the role

The Senior Relationship Manager – Wealth Coverage is responsible for driving client acquisition and managing relationships within the Priority and Private Banking segments. The role focuses on identifying and engaging High Net‑Worth (HNWIs) and Ultra‑High Net‑Worth Individuals (UHNWIs) both locally and internationally, leveraging the bank’s global network.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source new‑to‑bank clients in the Priority and Private Banking segments, ensuring alignment with qualifying criteria.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing clients, providing consistent engagement and satisfaction.
• Promote and sell a full range of wealth management products, including Sukuk, structured products, mutual funds, Banca Takaful, and other banking solutions.
• Source and cross‑sell liability products and mortgages, tailoring solutions to individual client circumstances.
• Collaborate with product specialists, credit teams, and internal resources to develop bespoke client solutions.
• Leverage the bank’s international presence to source cross‑border opportunities and stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or a related financial services field.
• Proven track record of client acquisition and relationship management with HNWIs/UHNWIs.
• Strong understanding of wealth and liability products and the ability to tailor solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across Abu Dhabi and international branches.
