Senior Relationship Manager – Wealth Coverage – UAE & International

About the role

The Senior Relationship Manager – Wealth Coverage will drive client acquisition and manage relationships across the Priority and Private Banking segments in the UAE and internationally. The role focuses on sourcing high‑net‑worth (HNWIs) and ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals (UHNWIs) and cross‑selling wealth and liability products to grow the bank’s portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source new‑to‑bank (NTB) clients that meet the bank’s qualifying criteria for priority and private banking.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing clients, ensuring regular engagement and satisfaction.
• Promote and sell a full suite of wealth management products, including Sukuk, structured products, mutual funds and BancaTakaful.
• Source and cross‑sell liability solutions and mortgages, tailoring product placement to each client’s circumstances.
• Leverage ADIB’s international network to identify cross‑border opportunities and stay abreast of market trends.
• Lead client onboarding, ensuring compliance, KYC and regulatory documentation are completed accurately and on time.

Required profile

• Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in wealth management, priority banking or private banking.
• Proven ability to acquire and retain high‑net‑worth clients and achieve revenue targets.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and self‑motivation to meet set goals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of representing the bank at events and networking opportunities.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of wealth management products such as Sukuk, structured products, mutual funds and BancaTakaful.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements for wealth management services.
