Senior Retention Marketing Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Retention Marketing Manager to lead lifecycle marketing initiatives across email, push, in‑app, and SMS channels. This remote position will drive data‑powered campaigns that enhance customer experiences and support overall brand objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle strategy using Braze.
• Design, launch, and optimize automated customer journeys.
• Define segmentation and campaign logic in partnership with analytics teams.
• Plan and execute seasonal and promotional campaigns.
• Translate business goals into compelling campaign concepts.
• Collaborate with sales on brand‑sponsored lifecycle initiatives.
• Write and edit high‑quality copy for email, push, in‑app, and SMS.
• Serve as the primary Braze power user and expert.
• Manage and mentor an Integrated Marketing Coordinator.
• Review campaign builds and provide performance insights.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in integrated or retention marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with Braze or a similar platform.
• Strong copywriting ability for high‑performing messaging.
• Proven track record executing seasonal and promotional campaigns.
• Analytical mindset for interpreting performance data.
• Experience managing or mentoring team members.
• Excellent cross‑functional communication skills.
• Commitment to obtain Braze certification within 30 days of hire.
