Senior Revenue Enablement Specialist – MENA

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive and digitally‑savvy Revenue Enablement Specialist to support the MENA Revenue Enablement function. The role will coordinate enablement programs, maintain reporting and content, and identify practical opportunities to use AI and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding, Revenue Way, Skill Builders, certifications, workshops and other enablement programs, managing calendars, logistics, invitations and follow‑up.
• Own recurring enablement reporting and dashboards, tracking attendance, completion, certification, assessment results and other KPIs.
• Maintain accurate data across relevant platforms and systems, providing concise updates and recommendations to leadership.
• Identify repetitive processes for simplification or automation and support practical AI tools, workflows and knowledge assistants.
• Create reusable templates, playbooks and AI resources for commercial teams.
• Maintain and organise MENA enablement content, support Highspot governance and adapt global resources for MENA audiences.
• Support cross‑functional enablement projects across Sales, BDR, Pre‑Sales and After‑Sales, preparing project plans, meeting materials and status updates.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Operations, L&D, Program Management, PMO or Commercial Operations.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, including advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
• Comfortable working with dashboards, data and multiple systems.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; Arabic is an advantage.
• Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently in a fast‑paced commercial environment.
