About the role

We are looking for a Senior Robotics Engineer to join a well‑funded physical AI company in Dubai. You will help build robots that operate reliably in real‑world environments, covering hardware, perception, and learning systems.

Key responsibilities

Design, develop and integrate full‑stack robot platforms, from simulation to real hardware.
Lead implementation of perception pipelines (3D vision, SLAM, sensor fusion) and autonomy modules (planning, control, state estimation).
Collaborate across specialisms to ensure seamless interaction between manipulation, perception and learning components.

Required profile

Outstanding academic record, typically a PhD or research MSc from a leading robotics or AI lab.
Publications in top venues (ICRA, IROS, RSS, CoRL, CVPR, NeurIPS) or demonstrable shipped work.
Hands‑on experience with real‑world robotics hardware in a frontier lab or leading company.
