About the role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Associate specialized in fine jewelry and watches to join one of our boutiques in Dubai. The role involves overseeing the fine jewelry department, managing key client relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee operations of the fine jewelry department in the boutique.
  • Manage key sales and client relationships using client books and databases.
  • Sell products and contribute to overall store sales growth.
  • Handle repair and transfer of pieces within and outside the region.
  • Demonstrate teamwork and leadership, coaching sales teams on collection training.
  • Engage clients, convey brand values, and build loyalty.
  • Maintain outstanding customer service and uphold store image.

Required profile

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Luxury retail experience with a customer‑service focus.
  • Positive, enthusiastic attitude and professional appearance.
  • Team player with a pride in achieving individual targets.
  • Flexibility, punctuality, and ability to work in a team.
  • Ability to communicate in Arabic or Russian is an advantage.
