About the role
We are looking for a Senior Sales Associate who is an UAE national to join our retail team. The role involves welcoming customers, providing professional assistance, and driving sales through cross‑selling and upselling. You will work towards individual and store targets while maintaining a well‑presented sales floor.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Use cross‑selling and upselling techniques to maximize sales.
- Maintain strong product and promotional knowledge.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized and fully replenished.
- Support fitting‑room operations and visual merchandising changes when required.
- Process transactions accurately through the POS system and handle exchanges/returns.
- Maintain cash accuracy, complete opening/closing cash procedures, and follow loss‑prevention policies.
