Senior Sales Consultant

About the role

As a Senior Sales Consultant you will act as the brand ambassador for Sanipex Group, delivering high‑level customer service and maintaining showroom standards. You will build long‑term relationships with key accounts, advise on product selection, design trends and technical specifications, and support client projects with presentations and 3D CAD mock‑ups.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer queries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to CRM, quotation and order processes.
• Organise and host lunch‑and‑learn events, prepare presentations and develop material mock‑ups, mood boards or 3D CAD models for client projects.
• Maintain strong product knowledge, stay updated on design trends and innovations, and achieve quarterly KPI targets.
• Contribute to the visual appeal of the showroom, ensuring it reflects Sanipex’s brand standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the architectural, interior‑design or related industry.
• Customer‑focused, commercially driven with proven ability to build long‑term client relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, confident in advising clients and handling complaints.
• Organised, proactive and committed to following company processes and health‑safety policies.
