Senior Sales Engineer - BMS Controls

About the role

The Senior Sales Engineer – BMS Controls will drive growth for Johnson Controls' Service Department in the UAE by securing AMC contracts, retrofit projects, and digital solution sales. Reporting to the Sales Manager – Controls, the role focuses on expanding the installed base and delivering value‑added BMS solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
• Develop market strategies to differentiate Johnson Controls in the region.
• Engage customers to design solutions using the BMS product portfolio.
• Focus on business development through AMC contracts, retrofits, control optimisation, and digital solutions.
• Identify and map strategic accounts within the JCI installed base.
• Collaborate with internal pre‑sales teams to create techno‑commercial proposals.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for tenders and customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5‑7 years of experience selling maintenance & service contracts and BMS upgrade projects.
• Proven track record of expanding accounts and generating new business.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
