Senior Sales Engineer - Commercial HVAC

About the role

Carrier is looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to grow its Commercial HVAC business in Dubai, focusing on chillers and airside equipment. The role builds trusted customer relationships, uncovers new project opportunities and delivers technical solutions that support sales growth, order booking, revenue and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales, revenue, order-booking and profitability targets.
• Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities across the Dubai market.
• Build and maintain relationships with MEP contractors, consultants, real estate developers and end users.
• Promote and secure specifications for chillers, centrifugal chillers, AHUs and FCUs.
• Provide technical sales support, product presentations and solution recommendations.
• Review project specifications and influence product selection during design and tender stages.
• Prepare and negotiate techno-commercial proposals to secure profitable orders.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline, manage opportunity reviews and sales forecasts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and upcoming projects.
• Represent Carrier at industry events, consultant engagements and trade shows.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; an MBA is preferred.
• At least 6 years of HVAC sales experience, specifically with chillers and airside equipment.
• Experience working with contractors, consultants and real estate developers in the UAE.
• Track record of achieving sales, order-booking and profitability targets.
